Belarus State University confers ‘Honorary Degree’ on Nawaz Sharif

MINSK – Belarus State University on Tuesday conferred Honorary degree on Prime Minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif.

State University of Belarus conferred the honorary degree in recognition of PM’s services for democracy.

Earlier, Nawaz Sharif on met his counterpart in Belarus during his three-day visit.  

Prime Minister of  Belarus, Andrei Kobyakov accorded red carpet welcome to Nawaz Sharif.

According to details, Andrei Kobyakov expressed his wish and said Belarus to exchange trade with Pakistan.

During meeting, Pak-Belarus premiers agreed to chalk out long-term cooperation.

“2015 to be special year for Pak-Belarus ties,” Andrei Kobyakov said. Both leaders agreed exchange bilateral cooperation.
