Yasir Shah breaks yet another record

PALLEKELE: Young and emerging leg spinner Yasir Shah has turned the magic on as he is in the making and breaking of so many records this season, there is another achievement for the young leggie.

Shah who claimed four wickets on first day of the 3rd Test has now become the first Pakistani bowler to take maximum wickets in a calendar year against Sri Lanka with 21 preys in only four Test matches.

Pacer Mohammad Asif now stands second with his 16 wickets he took in 2006.

On the other hand, veteran batsman Younis Khan has also made a unique record of playing maximum Test matches against any team, it is his 29th Test matches against Sri Lanka.

Earlier, legendary batsman Javed Miandad held the record with 28 Test match appearances against India.
