Budget 2015-16: Good News For Nation

ISLAMABAD – The Federal government of Pakistan has shown resolute to give as many as he could concession in the budget 2015-2016 on Friday.

According to sources, the sugar mills owners will supply sugar at Rs 50 per kilogram.

Finance Minister, Ishaq Dar, has said that the GDP growth rate of the current fiscal year remained 4.2 % whereas the target was 5.1%, however the target for fiscal year 2015-16 was 7 percent.

He said that the prices hikes had declined in the last two years due to government comprehensive policies, adding that different projects of power generation would complete in 2017.

However, he said that government could not achieve their desired result due to Pakistan Tehreek-e- Insaf, sit-in Protest in Islamabad last year.

Sources said that in a response to Ishaq Dar, blaming PTI for the declined GDP growth rate, Asad Umer of the PTI said that the finance minister should also tell the nation about low GDP growth of the year before the Sit-in Protests
