KARACHI – The Chief Executive Officer of Axact, Shoaib Sheikh, said that all the allegations leveled on Axact are baseless and incorrect, and I will face the proceedings of case to clear myself on Wednesday.
In a statement issued by the owner of Axact, Shoaib Sheikh, it is claimed that all the accusations made by New York Times are manipulative and are issued to defame company’s name.
He further said that I am not leaving Pakistan, and will face all the proceeding to get myself clear from this quagmire hatched by New York Times.

He added that i will provide all the data and systems to Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and will assist them in conducting investigation.
Meanwhile, one of the former employee of the company revealed that Axact was like a jail, every person who went inside lost his/her will to retreat from the company.
FIA has taken control of many servers and IT labs of the company, while more relevant officials and machinery has been called out in the Karachi’s headquarter of Axact.

Moreover, condemnation resolution has been submitted by Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf in both Punjab and Sindh Assembly.
In one of the developments of the Axact’s scam, Leader of Opposition, Khursheed Shah, said that government should form judicial commission to inquire the matter of Axact fake degrees.
