ISLAMABAD – The Anti-Terrorist Court has issued the death warrant of the guilty Shafqat Hussain on Friday, the guilty to be hanged on May 06.
Much rumors were airing as to give the death penalty to the Shafqat Hussain or not due to controversy in his age.
But on Friday Court has finally given its verdict, and issues the death orders of the Shafqat Hussain.
The Black Warrant is issued by the Anti-terrorist Court, and Shafqat Hussain to be hanged till death on May 06 at 6:30 am.
The conflicting issue of his age was settled by the Federal Investigation Authority (FIA) and issues a clearance report that Shafqat Hussain is eligible enough for the death penalty.
FIA issued the report that at the age of kidnap and murder of seven years student Shafqat Hussain was adult person and he, in no way, deserves any concession in the crime committed by him.
