Egypt- Egyptian court has ordered death penalty to the Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood leader Mohammad Badie and other 13 leaders to carry out blasts against the state, TheNewsTribe reported.
The court has sentenced to life in prison 36 people including an Egyptian-born US citizen.
Mohammad Badie was sentenced in March but he is engaged in other cases as well. According to the reports, he will appeal against the convictions.
after the overthrow of President Mohammad Mursi in 2013, Hundreds of people belonging to Muslim Brotherhood have been sentenced to death.
However, so far only one death has been implemented.
Lawsuits were filed against them because they are accused to provoke disperse demonstrations in October 2013 to attract members of organization. Recent sentences are given in relation to these cases.
These people are caught after consultation with the highest official Mufti of Egypt’s Islamic law.
Two defendants were sentenced to death in his absence.

Muslim preacher’s son, Sultan Salahuddin had been on a hunger strike for several months and received attention by local media and international human rights organizations.
