KARACHI: National Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA)has given permission to Karachi Electric (K-Electric) to increase per unit charges.
According to reports, Nepra has accepted the summary to increase electricity tariff in term of fuel adjustment for the month of January.
K-Electric has to recover Rs 814.1 million in term of fuel adjustments.
The increase in tariff will not be applied on non commercial consumers.
