Karachi: Cracker attack on school, threatening letter received

KARACHI: Unknown assailants hurled a cracker on a private school  situated in Gulshan-e-Iqbal block 7, local media reported on Tuesday.

The school was closed when the cracker was thrown. The assailants also threw a threatening letter.

The letter has a warning on it by unknown organisation saying that if Police haven’t stopped killing of their workers in fake encounters and government hasn’t stop the execution of terrorists then they will attack schools again.

Director General (DG) rangers also visited the school, while parents and children also came to the school with their sprits high despite the threat.

Earlier, Army Public School attacked in Peshawar where at least 145 people embarrassed martyrdom including 134 children.
