General Raheel Sharif visits Corps Headquarters Peshawar

PESHAWAR: The Pakistan’s Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif on Thursday paid visit to Corps Headquarters Peshawar, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said.

During his visit, General Raheel Sharif reviewed preparations for the implementation of the National Action Plan (NAP).

General Raheel was briefed regarding developments of ongoing military operations, Khyber-One and Zarb-e-Azb, in two tribal agencies Khyber Agency and North Waziristan.

Pakistani COAS and his wife also prayed for the victims of Peshawar carnage. General Raheel said the Peshawar martyrs gave prominent sacrifices for the country. He said that the whole nation and military were standing with grief-stricken families.
