KARACHI: Chairman Pakistan People’s Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Wednesday said that Parliament had ‘cut its nose’ by approving the 21st Constitutional Amendment.
Though PPP has voted for the Constitutional Amendment and amendment to Army Act and Bilawal father and PPP Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari was instrumental in developing consensus at the Multi-party Conference among the political leadership for setting up military courts, Bilawal has harshly criticized the constitutional amendment, which gave cover to the military courts for trial of civilian terror suspects.

It is to be mentioned here that the Parliament on Tuesday passed the 21st Constitutional Amendment to pave the way for setting up military courts to try civilian terrorism suspects.
