Twitter faces partial breakdown due to ‘technical fault’

Twitter has admitted experiencing a technical fault which caused partial breakdowns in some areas, the company welcome page said on Sunday.

Users had spotted Twitter about online breakages on apps for Android and iPhone smartphones including the wrong described dates of tweets.

However, the micro-blogging services failed to figure out nature of fault causing partial outages suffered by the online users.

According to reports, the company said, ‘Something is technically wrong,’ then added, ‘ Thanks for noticing?we’re going to fix it up and have things back to normal soon’.

It is noteworthy to mention here that the social micro-blogging website, Twitter, had claimed 284 million active users at the end of September, 2014.
