LONDON, KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) supremo Altaf Hussain on Wednesday claimed that martial law was a better move rather than establishment of military courts in Pakistan.

Altaf Hussain was addressing an emergency telephonic press conference at MQM headquarter ’90’ in Karachi on Wednesday (today).

He claimed that martial law was imposed several times in Pakistan then why not once again.

A meeting of parliamentary leaders chaired by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif was discussion establishment of military courts in Pakistan, Altaf said.

He alleged the Sindh province was declared ‘traitor’ rejecting a fact that the province took lead to pass resolution of Pakistan.
