Misbah to lead Pakistan team in World Cup: PCB chairman clears once again

KARACHI: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Shehryar Khan has once again assured that Misbah-ul-Haq will lead the team in World Cup 2015.

PCB Chairman Shehryar Khan talking to media after attending the price distribution ceremony of Malala Cup cleared that Misbah will be the captain of Pakistan cricket team.

He said Misbah is constantly performing well in the year and he have played a record breaking innings against Australia as well.

Misbah haven’t been out from the series due to injury, this is the first time he left the team because of injury, he said.

Earlier, Misbah had suffered a hamstring injury in 2nd One-Day match against New Zealand and ruled out from last three matches.
