SEOUL: We are just about to enter in The New Year, as Samsung eyeing to add anther phblet under its flag early in 2015.
That right Samsung is planning to launch another version of Samsung Galaxy Note 4 but with different processor, if we consider the new report to be true.
The chip maker came right out to deny it, but either way the rumor apparently hasn’t stopped Samsung from allegedly testing the new Snapdragon out in an updated version of its Galaxy Note 4 phablet, Sammobile reports.
There are already two variants of the Note 4 available, one with a Samsung Exynos chip and the other with a Snapdragon 805. The third variant is expected to have a Snapdragon 810 chipset.
Currently the report recons that Note 4 is reportedly being tested in South Korea, where it might launch sometime in the next few months.
A release elsewhere is unlikely, though, as by the time the Snapdragon 810 is ready for global production Samsung may well be prepping its next generation of handsets for release.
But then again, given that Samsung is expected to launch fewer phones in 2015, an update to the Note 4 might be a good to start the year.
