Aerial strikes kill 10, Uzbek commander in Khyber agency

PESHAWAR: Fresh aerial strikes by Pakistani security forces have killed 11 terrorists including a Uzbek commander during ongoing operation in tribal Khyber agency, security sources said.

At least 11 militants were killed while 12 injured in fresh air attacks carried out by security forces on militant hideouts situated in Tirah Valley of the tribal agency, sources said.

The intense attack destroyed twelve militant hideouts located in Malik Din Khel, Koki Khel and Aka Khel areas.

A foreign militant commander reportedly belonging to Uzbekistan was killed in the fresh attack.
