MULTAN: An alleged member of ‘Sweeper Gang’ caught red handed by the citizens of Multan city and given into police custody after torturing him, local media reported.
An alleged member of a dacoits’ gang has been tortured and handed over to police officials in Multan that got fame for robberies in the city.
According to reports, the gang members were employees of a local hospital as sweepers in morning hours while they turned into robbers at night.
One of the gang members was caught by the Multan residents today, however, the identification of the detained criminal not known as far.
Police personnel started searching his other gang members.
