Not against ‘Bhutto-ism’ except corruption: Imran Khan

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan on Thursday said that he was not against ‘Bhutto-ism’ in Sindh except corruption as Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto (late) was first political leader who raised strong voice for public rights in Pakistan.

Imran Khan while talking to a private news channel before setting to fly for Larkana march said that Pakistan People’s Party (PPP)’s ex-chairman and former PM Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto took firm stand for public rights and PTI is coming in Larkana to end ‘Bhutto-ism’ except the corruption.

He said that the ‘Pakistani nation forcefully shattered into many pieces, sometimes on provincial basis, sometimes on language and even being implicated in sectarian issues.’

PTI chief said that the federal government should create new provinces in Punjab if Sindh needs to be distributed. He added that concerns of the Sindh must be ended before starting up work on the controversial Kalabagh Dam.

During his interview with Dunya News, he alleged that the government always blame sit-ins as obstacle to the development in order  to hide its failures.

Imran claimed that the protests do not pushed the country into darkness and PTI will organise a peaceful march on November 30.
