Not screening of 021 by cinemas: Meera to stage sit-in in Karachi

LAHORE: Pakistan’s controversial actress Meera has announced to stage sit-in in Karachi against the cinema owners for not screening of Lollywood movie, 021, in cinema houses.

According to reports, Zeba Bakhtiar’s movie 021 was not screened in many cinema houses of the county on  Eid-ul-Adha.

Meera said that Zeba Bakhtiar’s movie was an epic one and despite that many cinema owners did not screened the films in their cinemas.

The actress said that she stood by Zeba and would stage sit-in in Pakistan’s biggest city against those cinema houses who refused to screen the movie.

“Pakistan’s film industry is reviving as people along with their families come to watch Lollywood movies,” she added.
