ABU DHABI: Pakistan cricket fans chanted ‘Go Misbah Go’ and ‘Go Afridi Go’ after the team suffered its third consecutive defeat in ODI series against Australia at Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi.
Pakistan cricket team lost all ODI matches as well as the lone T20 game against Australia in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The fans chanted slogans when the Green-shirts lost the third ODI after being in a commanding position by 1 run against Aussies under the captaincy of Shahid Afridi.
Pakistan bowlers restricted Australia to 231 runs but the Green-shirts’ batsmen failed to chase the modest target and were all out for 230 runs.
Pakistan and Australia will play their first Test from October 22 at Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Dubai.
