ISLAMABAD: Justice (R) Khalilur Rehman Ramday has sent a legal notice to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan.
According TheNewsTribe.com correspondent, the notice was issued over PTI chairman Imran Khan’s allegation of Ramday’s involvement in 2013 election rigging.
In the notice, Ramday stated that Imran Khan put the allegation without any evidence. He further said that he was not justice of Supreme Court at the time of elections.
Khan has to respond within 14 days and prove the allegations in the court.
If Imran couldn’t prove his allegation, he will have to apologise to Justice (R) Ramday or else Khan will have to face the court, the notice said.
