NEW YORK: American tennis star Serena Williams on Monday defeated Caroline Wozniacki in straights sets to win her sixth US Open and 18th Grand Slam title.
William defeated Wozniacki with 6-3, 6-3 in her final game of US Open.
She has become on the fourth number after winning biggest title.
Earlier, Williams, age 33, had won his first grand Slam title here 15 years ago.
