PK 68 by-election: Polling continues in Dera Ismail Khan peacefully

DERA ISMAIL KHAN: Polling is continuing for by-election in PK-68 constituency of Dera Ismail Khan (DIK), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Polling started at 8 am in DIK which will be continued without any break till 5 pm.

According to reports, 123,900 voters are registered, while 108 polling stations have been established.

Out of these, 29 stations have been declared sensitive and 31 other places as more sensitive.

As many as 16 candidates are competing, but the real contest is between Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) Ehtisham Javed Akbar and independent candidate Maal Mureed Kazim Shah.
