PM should step down over protesters demand: Altaf

LONDON: Muttahida Quami Movment (MQM) Chief Altaf Hussain on Thursday said that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif should accept the legal demands of protesters and step down his PM post over requirement of demonstrators.

Hussain mentioned in his statement that the Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Chief Tahirul Qadri’s demands were authenticated and acceptable.

Hussain further said that the government should accept the legal demands of marchers for the sake of country.

“The third power will have to come if govt doesn’t leave its stubborn,” Hussain said.

“Govt should take the positive decision and must think that the protesters are sitting since 15 days in the capital city Islamabad,” Hussain said.
