No need of long march to harm unity of Pakistan: Shahbaz Sharif

MURREE: Chief Minister of Punjab Shahbaz Sharif said that the country did not need a long march, which harm the unity and solidarity of the country at a time when Pakistan was passing though the most critical phase of its history.

Talking to a delegation of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) in Murree, CM Punjab said that Pakistan was experiencing the most crucial time of its history.

In an apparent reference the ‘longs march’ announced by rival Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf on August 14, he said that the long march which could harm nation’s unity was not needed by the country.

He added that the long march cannot hinder the journey of progress and national development being carried out by the incumbent PML-N-led government in the country.
