Qadri to register case of killed PAT workers against Nawaz, Shahbaz

TORONTO: Chairman Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Tahirul Qadri on Tuesday said First Information Report (F.I.R) will be filed against Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif for the deaths of his supporters.

Qadri asked Army Chief General Raheel Sharif to order army contingents to take over security of the area in Lahore and should help PAT workers from getting rid from barbaric and terrorist police.

Qadri said he was not ready to accept the argument that such a huge violent action against PAT workers was initiated without the orders of Shahbaz Sharif.

Addressing a press conference via video link from Toronto, Tahirul Qadri said that eight PAT workers have been martyred and 83 have been injured due to straight fire from the police. He said police have taken along with it hundreds of injured PAT workers.
