CHARSADDA: At least two more children have mysteriously lost their lives today after being vaccinated with anti-measles injections in the Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
Newly reported incidents increased panic amongst the citizens as two more children died via anti-measles vaccination in KPK’s Charsadda district.
According to reports, a four-year-old Sohail died who was injected with the vaccination yesterday during anti-measles campaign started in Shabra area of the district.
On the other hand, another incident took place in Amirabad area of same district, where Faizan leads to death after having measle vaccination two days back.
Death tolls up to four after recent two deaths amongst the children who were provided with vaccinations during government-administered anti-measles campaign.
Government sources said that major cause of the deaths is untrained staff members providing services in the campaign.
