FAISALABAD: A man has killed his mother and sister here on Thursday after they had an argument about Rs. 500.
Tanveer Younus, 22, lived in Mohalla Rasool Pura. He wanted Rs. 500 from his mother Shamim Akhtar, 45, and sister Yasmeen Tabassum, 24, but when both the ladies refused to entertain his request, Tanveer got angry and shot both of them. Both the ladies died on the spot.
The killer fled away from the crime scene easily.
Police reached the spot and started investigation. They have begun the search for Tanveer.
According to police sources, “Tanveer has a shocking criminal record. A few years back, he was convicted of murdering his father. He also served some years in jail for the same.”
Both the dead bodies have been shifted to mortuary for examination by police.
