ISLAMABAD: Prominent Pakistani politician and federal information minister, Pervaiz Rasheed, alleged that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan wishes to destruct ‘system in the country’.
Affiliated member of the ruling political party, Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N), Pervaiz Rasheed was talking to media before commencement of today’s large-scale PTI-led protest against rigging in previous polls conducted on same date May 11 in 2013.
Rasheed claimed that the cricketer-turn-politician Imran Khan was completely aware about his party’s clear ‘defeat in first 10 overs of the match.’
He alleged that the PTI chief is willing to destroy ongoing democratic system in the country by taking ‘crowd in the ground to seize match’.
The federal minister once again slammed the political opponent by alleging that Imran Khan’s party has failed to show ‘even reasonable performance’ in his party-led Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
While pointing fingers over the PTI chief without taking anyone’s name, Rasheed said that Khan wants to play final match without being qualified in quarter final play and he is wishing to appoint his own umpire for grabbing victory.
It should be mentioned that PTI announced to stage protests against ruling political parties allegedly got victory by worst rigging in general election held in May 11, 2013.
