Lahore: Chief of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan, Syed Munawer Hasan on Thursday has demanded the government to overview Karachi operation as the impact was not upto the mark.
Talking to media, the JI chief said that the government should review the operation process in the metropolis and must try to get better results.
He further said that the air-strikes should be stopped in the tribal region of Pakistan as it becomes the reason of collateral damage.
He appraised the federal government for making a draft to give more importance to dialogue instead of operation.
The government should also make habitation centres at at least five cities of Khyber Pukhtunkhwa, he added.
The JI chief demanded the Muttahid Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain to take back his statement in which he advice Army Chief regarding to take over.
He rubbishes the statement while saying that not a single leader has made a statement like this,
