CAPE TOWN: Australian opener player David Warner blamed that South African bowlers were influenced over ball-tampering issue after getting worst defeat by 281 runs in the fourth-day of second Test in Port Elizabeth city.
Warner said that South African team were tried continuously to change the ball-shape for getting reverse-swing facility in the second Test.
“We were actually questioning whether or not (South African wicketkeeper) AB de Villiers would get the ball in his hand and with his glove wipe the rough side every ball.”
