Islamabad: Coordinator of the Taliban’s nominated committee, Maulana Yousuf Shah on Saturday said that the committee would meet the Taliban leadership within two days to discuss future strategy.
In a statement, he said that the meeting would be held at an unknown place while discussed plans would be announced later before media.
Maulana Yousuf said that Maulana Abdul Aziz was part of Taliban committee and would remain the part till the end.
He further said that the Taliban committee was independent and has fully power to take decision by its own.
The statement came after the announcement by Maulana Abdul Aziz who said that Until an assurance on enforcement of Islamic law, he will neither meet Taliban nor join the dialogue process.”
The Lal Masjid khateeb said that the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) team of negotiators was constituted with the aim to hold negotiations, but the government’s demand that the negotiations be held within the limits of 1973 Constitution will delay the process.
