ISLAMABAD: The Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Tuesday has constituted a committee over the missing persons’ issue following the directives of the Supreme Court (SC).
PM Sharif formed a special committee for the recovery of the 35 missing persons, who went missing from Malakand internment center.
The special committee will also prepare a draft of law regarding the missing persons.
According to the sources, Prime Minister has constituted the committee on the directives of the Supreme Court. The committee comprises secretary interior, Secretary Defence, Attorney General and other high officials of the concerned institutions.
According to the sources 10 more missing persons have been identified out of 35 and seven already have been presented before the court.
