Today is the last date for submission of nomination papers for local body polls in Punjab. The participants have doubts whether the elections will take place or not. According to the sources, ECP has refused to hold elections on 7th December.
The government of Punjab neither has made any rules nor has done anything about the availability of ballet papers. The contestants have been given a right to change vote till 16th November, however ordinary voter cannot change region.
