ISLAMABAD: Jamiat Ulmae Islam – F chief Fazlul Rehman said that he would call anyone killed by the US as ‘martyr’. He urged that all the political parties of Pakistan must reunite for a common cause to combat with terrorism.
While speaking in National Assembly JUI F Chief said that Pakistan cannot afford to have extremist politics. All the parties engaged in political process to reunite for solving problems of the country through mutual consensus.
The JUI F chief said that seriousness is needed for sensitive affairs of the country. He said that the government must be given support and urged that political point scoring must be avoided. “By being united against terrorists, we can give a strong message to the world who thinks that we are poles apart”.
Fazlur Rehman said that the drone attacks have resulted in complex situation in the country. He said that All Parties Conference in Balochistan had not yet been implemented due to the obstacles. He also said that the decision of Chief Executive of Pakistan put the nation in harm’s way.
Agreeing to PTI chief Imran Khan, Fazlur Rehman said that it is right that we brought the war which was never ours. The original problem was in Afghanistan rather than Pakistan, why we as a nation are poles apart.
Fazlul Rehman also urged that today state is more important rather than government. Quran also links peace with economy.
