FAISALABAD: The Pakistan’s Minister of State for Water and Power, Abid Sher Ali, said that federal government planned to upgrade the airport of textile industrial hub city, Faisalabad, to international standands.
Abid Sher Ali said that Faisalabad is considered as the textile industries’ hub in Pakistan, hence government decided to conduct an upgradation process at its airport.
He said that facilities of international standards will be provided at the airport after completion of advancement procedures by the government.
Ali added that Faisalabad always played a significant role in increasing Pakistani economy as well as gaining power in foreign exchange.
The minister clarified the governmental stance that upgradation process will be initiated soon at the Faisalabad airport.
