ISLAMABAD: Italian Ambassador Adriano Chiodi Cianfarani has announced that his country will assist Pakistan via provision of Rs5.7 billion loan for advancement in education and reduction in poverty.
Adriano Chiodi Cianfarani met Pakistan’s Finance Minister Ishaq Dar on October 6 (today) in Islamabad where they discussed on various aspects of strengthening bilateral relations, local media reported.
On the event, the Italian ambassador said his country wishes to expand bilateral ties with Pakistan.
He announced Italy will provide its assistance by 5.7 billion rupees loan to Pakistan for development work in different parts of education and for assistance in reducing poverty level.
