Beijing: Chinese court ordered 10 years imprisonment to the country’s most influential Army General’s son over rape issue.
According to Chinese media, 17 year old Tiani and four of his friends were in a drunken state and in process raped a woman. On behalf of the incident, the Supreme Court of China ordered 10 year imprisonment.
This incident took place in a hotel room, earlier this year in February. Li Tyani on the other hand, rejected the claims of any sort of relationship. He also claimed the woman was a professional ‘sex worker’ in the past.
This is not the first time that Li Tyani has been given sentence by the courts. Earlier in 2011 he was involved in a fight with a couple in a car and got one year imprisonment as a result. However, his father asked for forgiveness from the couple.
