Islamabad: Information Minister Pervez Rasheed says that the current issues of terrorism faced by the country cannot be ignored and all political parties are ready to resolve the problems.
While talking to governmental radio, Pervez Rasheed said that the political parties are on a united front holding peace talks with Taliban. He stated that in the past no such peace talks were offered to them and such scenario has been faced since 2002.
The former advisor to PM, Dr. Paul Bhatti condemned the tragic incident of Peshawar Church blast and appealed to the Christian Community to stay calm over the incident.
Senior journalist Rahimullah Yousafzai said that in the past various such incidents have taken place but this one seems to have created more serious impact. He said that Taliban doesn’t seem to stop even though the government of KPK led by Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf has a soft corner for them.
Rashid Rehman, senior analyst said that in Pakistan terrorists don’t even spare religious sites. He said that Muslim mosques and Christian churches are facing attacks from the same mindset.
Kamran Bukhari, senior analyst said that the incident of blasts in Peshawar shows that Taliban are not ready to hold peace talks with the government.
