ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) has declared on Friday stability of Islamabad shooter’s condition out of danger and allowed Police for taking his statement.
PIMS spokesperson Dr. Waseem Khuwaja said that Police can record the accused person’s, named as Sikandar Hayat, statement as his condition is now stable and he has continued talking with others.
The spokesman said that Sikandar Hayat has removed from the ventilator after being found recovering his condition as he is breathing normally and also talking with others.
PIMS psychiatrist Dr. Rizwan Taj declared Sikandar as mental retarded person and a drug addicted man who heavily use Marijuana, Hemp, Opium, wine.
Dr. Taj said that Sikandar is suffering from senility dementia (mental disorder) conditions as well as he used large amount of marijuana on the incident site.
