High level session has been started under supervision of IG Islamabad Sikandar Hayat over shocking incident of an armed man, named Sikandar, who was finally captured alive after security forces’ gun shots.
Senior Superintendent Police (SSP) Operations, Supertintendent Police (SP) investigation, Supertintendent Police (SP) city, Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) and other police officers are present in the session.
It’s the first time in the history of Pakistan that a person along with his wife and children puts Islamabad on hostage.
The armed person demanded Shariah law implementation in the country. However, the five hours shootout drama came to an end when security forces shot bullets in his leg and chest while the individual surrendered after being wounded.
