ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s federal interior minister Chaudhry Nisar clarified on Tuesday that his country is ready for peace process as well as completely prepared for fighting a war too.
Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar said that we will fight wholeheartedly if war happens and nation should be prepared for it.
He said that we want to resolve all matters through table talks instead of using power.
Chaudhry Nisar was addressing the media after giving complete briefing on National Security Policy to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Tuesday (today).
The interior minister said that security policy was unsuccessful to gain attention by the ruling parties of the country for last 13 years.
New national policy’s initial sketch will be presented before PM Pakistan in two weeks.
Nisar revealed some significant points of the policy during the press conference.
New security policy will be divided into two part including internal matters and other will be comprised on external stretegies.
Nisar said that joint intelligence secretariat will be established in coordination with including ISI, IM and all related major intelligence agencies of Pakistan while the secretariat will work twenty four hours a day.
While talking with media in Islamabad, Nisar also exposed some detail regarding Bhara Kahu attack, he said, ‘Terrorist used latest technology during suicide attack in Bhara Kahu’.
Nisar said that terrorists moved towards mosque after being unsuccessful in attacking while other members in large quantity were also present in the attack.
‘Siblings of the terrorist has been arrested by the authorities’, Nisar claimed.
He said that 8 persons who were accused in the attack has been arrested including 8 men and 1 woman while the security agencies also captured the laptop.
