NEW DELHI: Pakistan’s Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s special envoy, Shahryar Khan, has handed over letter to Indian PM Manmohan Singh in New Delhi on Friday.
Shahryar Khan was called by Indian prime minister Manmohan Singh today in New Delhi.
On the event, Indian PM received Pak PM’s letter in which Nawaz Sharif expressed well wishes for him and Indian nation as well as advancement of bilateral relationship between both countries.
Indian PM Manmohan Singh answered same wishes for Pakistan’s top leadership and Pakistani nation.
A meeting also held between Shahryar Khan, Indian advisor on national security Shivshankar Menon and Foreign Secretary Ranjan Mathai while the Pakistani envoy will also meet Indian Foreign Minister Salman Khurshid on the visit.
