ISLAMABAD: Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) price has been increased in Pakistan by Rs. 5 per KG.
According to TheNewsTribe correspondent from Pakistan’s capital city Islamabad “price will effect home and commercial usage of the gas.”
After the current increase in LPG price, Rs. 60 has been added on domestic used cylinder while Rs. 240 has been added in commercial cylinder price.
“Price increase to be effective with mediate effect” said official of Oil and Gas Development Company (OGDC).
Irfan Khokhar, leader of LPG distributors association of Pakistan told TheNewsTribe that increase in international market is the reason behind price hype in the country.
OGDC increased the price due to increasing of 32 dollar per metric ton in international market.
