ISLAMABAD: Following more than 92 million Individuals, brands and organizations in Pakistan, Army has joined the Facebook with official page.
Pakistan Army announced on Saturday that it has launched its Facebook page, an announcement on their official page read.
Pakistan has more than 92 million registered users on Facebook which makes the social network an easy-to-access-and-free communication platform.
First post on the page created on June 16, 2013 that announces its arrival on the popular social media website.
Inter Services Public Relations, official media department of Pakistan Army has been endorsed the page with post on ISPR official page.
The ISPR already has its own social media presence with Facebook page, twitter account and other related online services.
Despite the serious security concerns and data thefts social networks are flourishing in Pakistan which has around 40 million internet users and 123 million mobile subscribers.
