ISLAMABAD: Prof. Dr. Ahmad Yousif Al-Draiweesh, President, International Islamic University, Islamabad (IIUI) has signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Cooperation with the Saudi Judicial Academic Society, the Society working under the Higher Judicial Institute, Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The objective of the memorandum is to strengthen and consolidate the mutual cooperation between the both sides in the areas of common interest such as academic research, research projects, exchange of technical and research materials, cooperation in the development of training programs and plans, exchange of reference in the fields of science and education and digital scientific materials, organization of seminars, conferences and lectures on subjects of mutual interest, arrangement of training programs and exchange of academic and scientific publications.
Dr. Al-Draiweesh highly extolled the Society and its senior officials for their excellent efforts resulting in marvellous achievement in a short time. He especially admired the efforts of Prof. Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Sind and Dr. Abdullah al-Ghufaili, also prayed for their success as well.
Dr. Al-Draiweesh also thanked Dr. Sulaiman Ibn Abdullah Abalkhail, Vice Chancellor of the Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University and the Pro-Chancellor of the International Islamic University, Islamabad for his keen and constant interest in the University.
