Islamabad: Chief Minister of Punjab Shahbaz Sharif has agreed to dissolve the Punjab Assembly on March 19 during a one-on-one meeting with the Pakistani Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf on Saturday.
Earlier, Ashraf meet all the four chief ministers of Sindh, Punjab, Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa at the Prime Minister House in Islamabad.
During the meeting ahead of the completion of the National Assembly’s five-year term, the matters regarding dissolution of assemblies and caretaker setup were discussed.
