Karachi: During different incidents of firing in Karachi eight people, including a local leader of Ahle-Sunnat Wal-Jamaat (ASWJ) and two policemen, were killed on Friday.
According to police sources ASWJ area leader Dilfaraz and an activist Haroon were shot dead by unknown assailants in Site, Metroville area of the port city.
Two Policemen—Nadeem Baloch and Iftikhar—were shot dead by terrorists in Mangophir and in Site, Metroville respectively.
Police found a tortured body of a seven-year-old girl along the boundary of Karachi University near SUPARCO.
In three different incidents of firing by unknown armed men Maqsood, Naveed and an unidentified man were killed in Sector 5-C of New Karachi, Liaquat Chowk of Gulbahar and in Korangi number 5 area of the metropolis respectively.
