Sydney: Former Australian cricketer Glenn McGrath has been chosen as the next wax masterpiece at the famous Madame Tussauds’ Wax Museum in London.
McGrath, who beat former Oz rugby players Wally Lewis and John Eales to secure himself a place in the museum, joked that he has gained weight and grey hair since his retirement and expected the museum staff to show him in a more favourable shape, Telegraph.com.au reports.
Sculptors from the London headquarters of the museum flew into Australia armed with callipers, hair samples and a box of fibreglass eyeballs to start the process.
