Samsung Mobile has asked Samsung Display to ensure availability of first full HD AMOLED Display before March, which is reportedly to be used in upcoming Galaxy S4.
Full HD AMOLED panel with 4.9″ screen and 440 ppi pixel density will be the first of its kind in a smartphone.
AMOLED display technology is a unique selling point for Samsung’s Galaxy series smartphone giving it an edge over competitors.
According to SamMobile, Samsung Display is starting mass production of full HD AMOLED displays this month.
“Samsung Mobile needs these displays before beginning of March from Samsung Display,” the Samsung mobile and tablets’ related site further said.
It is already mentioned in a The News Tribe report yesterday that Samsung Galaxy S4’s launch will be announced on March 15.
Even there are some sources who claimed that from early April the much hyped smartphone will be available in Eastern Europe and later on in rest of the Europe, Asia, America, Africa and Australia.
