Lahore: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s veteran leader Zulfiqar Ali Khosa announced on Monday that he will contest against his son Saif ud Din Khosa in the upcoming general election.
Saif left the PML-N on January 23, expressing reservations over the party’s policies concerning the issue of making South Punjab a separate province, and announced to join the ruling Pakistan People’s Party.
Zulfiqar criticised his son’s decision, saying, “By join the PPP, Saif has brought a bad name to our family, and I will go against him in the elections.”
